Quintant (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we handle it.

1. Who we are

Quintant is an independent AI advisory operated by Krzysztof Goworek, based in Warsaw, Poland. For privacy-related queries, contact us via the contact form.

2. What we collect

Website analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site. GA4 collects anonymised usage data (pages visited, time on site, device type, approximate location). No personally identifiable information is stored by GA4 unless you voluntarily provide it.

Contact form. When you submit the contact form, we collect: name, email address, organisation, role, preferred language, and your message. This data is processed via Formspree and stored only for the purpose of responding to your enquiry.

AI Diagnostic. If you complete the AI Diagnostic and provide your email address, we store your email and diagnostic results to deliver your report. This data is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database.

3. Cookies

This site uses the following cookies:

  • Google Analytics (_ga, ga*) — analytics cookies used to distinguish users and sessions. Retention: up to 2 years. You can opt out by using your browser’s cookie settings or a browser extension such as the Google Analytics Opt-out Add-on.
  • Cloudflare (__cf_bm) — functional cookie used for bot management. Retention: 30 minutes.

We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

  • Analytics: Legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) — understanding site usage to improve our services.
  • Contact form: Contract performance or pre-contractual steps (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • AI Diagnostic: Consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) — you choose to submit your email.

7. Data retention

  • Contact form submissions: deleted after 12 months unless a business relationship is established.
  • Diagnostic results: deleted after 6 months unless you request otherwise.
  • Analytics data: retained for 14 months (GA4 default).

We may update this policy. The “last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
